DESCRIPTION: 
Try not to underestimate the effectiveness of these series of exercises. They are deceptively effective, yet extremely simple. For example, in the Standing Forward Bend series, notice the way I wiggle my head back and forth and side to side. Notice the way I wiggle my hips and buttock side to side. This action serves to encourage spinal decompression of the cervical spine (neck) and the lumbar spine (lower back). This wiggling action also serves to find, stretch, and stimulate muscles that would not normally get stretched. That is why a lot of what we do in each posture is wiggling and giggling shimmying and shaking.
Benefits of standing forward bend

Stretches the hamstrings, gluteals, calf, lower back, middle back, upper back.
Decompresses the spine
