DESCRIPTION: 
This series consists of three exercises. 
The first exercise is a spinal twist, which serves to twist and realigns your spine. 
It contains a sitting forward bend which decompresses your spine and stretch out your upper back, middle back, and lower back.
Then it has a sitting hip opener, which stretches and opens the hips
Notice the way I wag my head from side to side. This allows for more decompression of your spine and stretching of muscles that would not normally get stretch when you stretch your neck.
