Now question is how to locate the Third Eye Center for this, imagine a line joining your left ear right here and now located point between your eyebrows just About the start of your nose and from there is the line joining left ear and the right here.
The meeting will be the Third Eye Center. Now you move your attention to this Third Eye Center and you need to keep your attention at that point. If you move your attention, even a little bit in any direction, the mind will throw so many thoughts to distract you and you will not be able to do the meditation. So the key point is that you have to keep your attention on this Third Eye Center. And for this you need to have a mantra so that you do not get distracted. Keep your attention.
