In this session, you are going to learn breathing awareness. Let us find a suitable place where there is no distraction. Sit in a comfortable position with your spine straight and shoulders upright.

Close your eyes gently take a couple of deep breaths completely relax yourself. scan your body from the crown of your head. If you find any tension in any part of your body, just relax. Just remove it consciously Now move your attention You are breathing in and breathing out. Do not try to change the face of your breath. Keeping at the normal pace neither Make it fast nor slow.

Just being natural as if you are breathing without any effort focus your attention on your breathing Whatever thoughts are coming to your mind, just ignore them. Do not try to analyze them. only focus on your breathing. See how you are breathing in and breathing out of your bed When you are breathing in Imagine that you are taking all the positivity from this universe. And finally, we're breathing out. Imagine that you are throwing away all the negativities from your mind.

Keep your spine stay and shoulders upright and continue focusing your breath Keep your attention dear. Keep on experiencing feeling when you are breathing in and breathing out enjoy this process via v v v the next continue this exercise for some more time Now, come back to your awareness, your fingers up your palms and put it on your face and slowly open your eyes.
