Hi Hello Welcome. Now it is time for mindfulness meditation, which is one of the most powerful meditations exercise nowadays. What does mindfulness mindfulness means being present? Our mind has a tendency either to foreign past or going future. So, it gets distracted get stressed. By being so fast and uncertainty of future, present is normally safe.
