This is how, so your brain has this mechanism called fight or flight.

And when your brain is perceiving, feeling, receiving information through what I'm seeing what I'm hearing when I'm feeling, you know, all the all my all my senses are bringing in information towards me, bringing information to my brain, and now my brain is going to decide if this is good, or if it's bad, if it's something that I need to, you know, run away from flight, or if it's something I need to generate adrenaline to try to fight so I can defend and protect myself, you know, what do I need to do with this information, my brain is going to determine that and maybe Brain determines that according to different things that happened in our past. So if we have issues in our past that we haven't dealt with those things become, you know, more sensitive triggers or buttons that really hard, make it hard for you to make certain decisions because you're not sure you don't know if you should, you know, you know, what you think you should do is not in alignment with how you're feeling.

So therefore, now what you choose to do, you're not sure because what you think and how you feel, they're not matching. So this creates a conflict, this creates an anxiety in you. This creates procrastination is creates, you know, in decisiveness, because you're not, you're not sure because what you think, and what you feel they're not communicate, they're not in agreement. So because of that, you're not going to take action, because you're not clear. Again, your brain your brain wants to protect you. Your brain wants you to live it wants to protect you.

So when your brain is perceiving something that's going to cause you pain in any way, your brain will start to develop all these rights and reasons is the excusive these things to get you to go away from it to move away from it. Now if your brain perceives, oh, this is good, or this is going to produce something good for me some some benefits. If your brain starts to see pleasure starts to see goodness attached to that, where you're going, or that person or that thing, that situation whenever, now your brain is going to create all these rights and reasons, all these rules, all these things to get you go towards this thing you're picturing, rather than moving away from it. So all depending on how you're looking at it, how you're perceiving it, if it's going to create pleasure, or if it's going to create pain.

If it creates pleasure for you, your brain is gonna want you to move towards it. If it creates pain for you, your brain is gonna want you to move away from it. So when we understand that it actually sets us up to be unstoppable and movable when we understand how our brain works, because now with knowing that we can actually program our brain to see certain things that we have to do, as a good thing, because this is What happens a lot, when, as a mother, as a father, as a business owner, as a leader, there is going to be so many things that you have to do that you must do. But you don't want to, that you don't really like to do, right? We all have those things, you know, those things that you have to do around the house, those things you have to do for your kids, those things you have to do for your business.

You don't really necessarily like it doesn't bring joy to you. It doesn't bring pleasure to you, you actually don't like it, you hate doing it, but you have to do it, right. You know those things? Well, you can actually program your brain to not suffer as you're doing it, because you have to do it anyways. Right? So knowing that you have to do it anyways, how about we change our perspective about this thing, and now it's not this pain.

It doesn't equal pain, it equals pleasure. Now and this is you programming your brain to look at it differently. You have to look past this problem, past this pain into that which is the potential into what is possible now so that you can see past it so you can see the benefits of going through it. If you don't see the benefits of going through pain, you're going to avoid it, you're not going to go through it, you're not gonna, you're just gonna stop it and go around it and you're not going to do it. Now you're gonna miss out on so much wisdom, so much self development so much, you know, building your character because you didn't go through it, and it limits you in your life. So we need to learn how to reprogram.

So we get to those things that you know you have to do, right? Let's say you have to clean your garage, just for a simple example. You don't want to clean your garage. You know, every time you walk by it, you start looking at all this crap in the garage and it's like and then your brain starts to pull up all this information of you imagining you carry now this stuff, taking it down, opening up, organizing this throwing this away, and then all of a sudden, the way you're looking at it is like that doesn't look fun. That doesn't look pleasurable at all. That looks like a bunch of plane.

I don't really want to do that. Heck, no, I don't want to do that. Now all of a sudden my brains pulling up all these things. for things to strengthen that belief, now I'm going to avoid it. Now I'm going to be like, Oh, well, I do need to do that. But actually, this is more important.

Everything else is going to become more important. Because your brain is going to avoid that it's going to figure it out. Now, if I know I need to, if it's a must, if it's something that's important, that's actually going to create something good for me, I need to show my brain that I need to program my brain I need to envision my brain to see past this as a problem, I need to see it as something that's going to create something good for me. And the more clear I am about that, the more my brain will begin to want to accomplish it. Now my brain is going to create and generate excuses to do it. Now my brain is going to generate and, you know, create these these reasons, these strong reasons, these strong Whys of why I need to go towards that thing why I need to do it, why I need to accomplish it.

Why do I need to overcome this why I need to deal with this problem. When I'm clear on the why and how it's good for me. I'm programming my brain and my brain is going to create an emotion in me that says, Yeah, it's not the best thing. Yeah, I don't love it. But I know this is good for me. And now I'm not suffering as I'm doing it because I already have to do it anyways, it's our it's a must.

So why suffer? Now we programmed reprogramming my brain now I see this as a good thing. It's creating a whole different emotional state in myself. And now guess what now in this high quality state that I've created, because I'm looking at it in a more positive way. Now I'm creating a positive energy in me a more powerful energy in me, guess what now that's going to help me to accomplish this thing even more. Now I'm not only enjoying the process, but I'm doing it in a higher quality states.

So I have higher quality thoughts, high quality ideas and solutions to be able to get this done. So now my actions my execution is a higher quality and guess what my benefits the results My future is higher quality. That's how it works. So your brain is a tool. If you want to accomplish something, you need to look at it. You need to program yourself to be like look You have to do this.

Why? Because it's good for you. It's going to produce, produce this produce this, the more detailed information you give your brain, the more images, the more movement, the more colors, the more details in the images that you're creating in your imagination, about accomplishing that one thing, or overcoming that one problem or confronting that one person, you know, those things that you really don't want to do those things you're avoiding, the more that you look at that and get clear on like, this is good for me. Write it out. Imagine all the benefits of you accomplishing that how it's gonna benefit you a benefit those that are around you, those that you love, your your your pocket, how much money you're going to make, the more benefits that you see, that you're going to get, that your loved ones will get because you accomplish this one thing, the more leverage you're creating in yourself to get it done.

This is the power of your brain. Again, your brain is going to fight or flight, it's going to want to go towards it to attack or want to run away from it, it's all depends on what it's perceiving. And what it's perceiving is going to be determined on you on how you received this information. So use your brain, learn to use your brain to create power in you to create a high emotional state to create high, powerful emotions, quality emotions, that's going to help you to move forward propel you forward into really accomplishing what you want. It's about your perspective, the power of perspective. So this look at those things in your life.

Okay, those things that you want to accomplish your goals. Now, when you look at it, of course, there's going to be things along the way that you're going to suffer with, right and they're going to be hard, they're gonna have to overcome, that's normal. That's okay. But as they come up, you need to be very disciplined in your thinking very strong in your mind and not taking every thought captive when it starts to get into negative into the lack. What if What if this or I can't do this? You need to interrupt it very quickly because don't Limiting thoughts will create a limiting emotional state.

Now you're starting to start to feel you starting to think differently, right? You're thinking like, I don't know if I can do this. I don't know if I can do this right now because there's a lot of other things on my plate or you start to talk that way and move that way in a crisis, emotional state, that's very low quality. Now you're thinking of your solutions, and your ideas of your action plan through that low quality. So that's even more overwhelming because you're like, man, I can't do this. Right, you get very discouraged.

So on the other hand, you have to look at these things and say, Okay, yeah, I don't like this right now. But I'm not going to allow this to create a low quality energy so me as a leader, need to interrupt this and see this as Okay, yeah, this is a promise an obstacle, but you know what, I can do this and I start to tell my brain different things. I can do this and not only can I do this, but I will do this. And not only will I do this, but I want to do this. Why do I want to do this? my brains gonna start to fight and resist, right?

No, you don't want to do this because this equals pain. You need to avoid this disconnect. Your brain starts to tell you, but you need to be like you know what brain Shut up. Because I can see past this problem into the potential into what is possible. Let me show you brain and you need to convince your brain, you need to program your brain you to tell your brain of what is really possible here because your brain doesn't see it yet. Your brain doesn't see it, it's gonna want you to avoid it.

So you need to be very clear in creating this image using your imagination, right? Using your brain like this, like a projector screen where you're projecting, projecting your future in this image form. You're creating this movie of what you want, but you are making this movie a good one. Like, okay, Brian, yeah, before I wanted to avoid this, but let me show you why we're not this time. Because as we accomplish this, you're gonna feel really good about yourself. You're gonna feel accomplished, you're gonna feel you know, you're gonna feel like you achieve this like you're more than enough that you is going to build your confidence.

Now in this if you accomplish this one thing break. It's going to impact Your family, your kids, and impact your team is going to your team is going to be better, like they're gonna make more money and they start to really create all this image of what is possible in my future if I overcome this one thing if I achieved this one goal, and now my brain starts to say, Oh, I see what you're saying. Oh, yeah. So this is Yeah, it's gonna be a little bit of pain but it's a pain with a purpose. And this pain the purpose of this pain is going to be so much more pleasure. Now I can see so I can see past this now Okay, then we can do this. You know what and then all of a sudden your your motivation starts to go up it starts to get more like hot and power like yeah, I can do this because your brain is in agreement now. And your brain is starting to create this emotional state where now it's an agreement to where you're just like, man, now nothing can stop you. Now your mind your emotions, everything is an agreement because you created this new this new images, new possibility through your imagination. And this is you using the power of your brain as a tool to move yourself towards what you want to accomplish, rather than your brain automatically having that fight or flight response and getting you to want to move away from it. Because if you don't understand how to do it, your brain will do that.

Because anything again, that that equals pain, anything that equals discomfort, or any idea that your brain is going to want to move away from it, even if it's something like working out, eating right, you know, loving somebody, being patient with them forgiving somebody. These are all good things that you know you should be doing. But if your brain sees it as bad as something that's negative, that's something that's going to equal pain, then you won't do it. So learn how to use your brain. Learn how to use this powerful tool that you have. Because when you do, I'm telling you, you become unstoppable.
