Now it's time to dive into the annotations of Camtasia, which is a really fun thing to do and play with. It's over here right on the side, and you can actually get to it by just clicking the N key. That's one of the shortcuts to it. And from here, these call outs have multiple different ones that you can actually use, they don't even have to be called as, as you can see here, you can actually use an arrow. And you can edit it any way that you want. So that it's moving around just like that.
I'll go ahead and delete that one. You can even add a text box just like this. We can increase the size. Put in any kind of text we want by just typing inside our keyboard. So again, you want people to visit a URL or something specific. Maybe you want it text over some some, some sort of thing.
Maybe there's a video that you already have a media such as this. And over that media, I want people to know, hey, go here for special offer. And we can make that a little bit bigger. And the fun thing about annotations is that you can actually change everything right over here inside the call out. So say we want that size to be a little bit bigger, maybe 120. And we want it to be black, or maybe we want it to stand out we want it to be red, right?
And the fun thing is, is that we can hit the enter key there you go. And it's just like that that easy. So you can mess with the size, the types of styles that are inside the font. All of that is available to be edited right away. Hear on the fly as you need to. So there we go, we're going to change up the typeset by selecting all of it.
And then we're going to choose ms Gothic. And there that makes a change. So, all of these things, even the call outs can be different different meditations inside of it's customized to your liking. You can even go inside. You can have little funny block boxes like this that look like they're hand drawn. So there you go, go here for that special offer.
Maybe you don't like it quite like that. You can get more of a straight box. And there you go. So all of these things can very quickly put together a great presentation for yourself. No matter what you want. Due to the image, including blurring images, creating a different type of effect, for example, I'll go over here and I'll blur this image.
And what that's going to do is maybe I want to protect, protect an identity, right, or some credit card information or something like that. So I'm going to go over here and for, for his safety for these five seconds, this guy is going to get his image blocked. So you just go ahead and you play it through some vital data comes up and there that goes into effect. And that's going to be your blur effect. Or you can even have parts where you only crop out a certain portion of the screen so that it zooms in so that hey, they only need to focus on this right here. So what it's going to do is it's going to play and then it's going to block out everything else except for that.
And now all they're going to be able to see and focus in on is this this little portion of the screen. So it's kind of gonna again, highlight these these ideas for people here I will come in again, it's going to pixelate it. Again, this is another way that people always, maybe you're familiar with the short show cops people do that they pixelate the face just like that. That's exactly what, what you can do inside Camtasia. All of these things, I just want you guys to go ahead and play around with them. Because there's a lot of cool things that you can do inside here, from the shapes, the different styles, there's bold, there's abstract, there's so many things inside each of these areas that you can play with.
And all you need to do is again, just drag, drop them into the play. And no matter what you want to do, you want to tilt something you want to be able to move, make it larger, bigger, something like that. That's all you got to do. It's very easy and quick. Go here. So you can have instant calls to ask.
In this again increases everything that you do by annotating whatever you want to highlight throughout a video or even giving additional information in post production.
