Okay, now we're going to get into a slightly more advanced feature, which is the behaviors. Often I see people do behaviors, it's a little bit wrong. Let me show you one example. If we do drifting, we apply it to the entire scene, what it's going to do is exactly what we want, it's going to drift in. But then as we see a little bit later, it's going to start doing this bouncing feature back and forth, back and forth, throughout the entire thing as I drag my my cursor throughout, you see that keeps on doing it over and over again. So what you want to do is if you're going to apply it to a scene, then you want to select that scene, hit s for split, as I see show you there.
And then you can apply your drift, because what that's going to do is it's going to come in, and that's all. So of course, you're going to want to make sure that it's under about one second. that's usually where the these behaviors come in. If they happen usually in about one to one point Five seconds. And you can set all of these things according to scale over here. Now, what I choose is to usually add behaviors to things such as annotations, I may take out a big thing says go here, and then I'm going to add a behavior to that in which it'll fade in.
So we're going to play it through normal presentation. And then that pops up, fades in, fades out. Maybe we don't like that, we want to do more of a reveal. Again, same idea here. There goes the reveal, saying go here, and then fades away. Easiest can be so that's where I usually add the behaviors but they can be added to scenes as well.
Sometimes a little quirky when added to a scene actually bringing the scene in with a drift or a fade. Usually, that's what a transition is for. And it's to fade the scene in or fade the scene out. Or if you're doing a longer presentation, like a movie or a webinar, some short feature that goes over 1015 minutes, then you may have a different scene that transitions from one to the other. So again, you may use these in between, but behaviors are more or less for on the fly interactivity in a sense of, hey, I want you to go to this URL, and then you're going to come in, and you're going to add this sliding feature to it. And now it's going to come in, it's gonna slide on in, it's gonna flash a little bit and then fade out.
So that's usually what I suggest adding your behaviors for
