Research at several medical institutions shows that Mindfulness meditation can have a long-term effect on reducing anxiety and stress. And, increasing the ability to focus attention.

In this course, you will learn what mindfulness meditation is and how to practice it. The course includes audio files that you can use on your own during and after the course.

Some examples of what's in the course:

You have unlimited access to all the lessons 24 hours a day, for as long as you want or need them, so you can take the course at your own pace and go back to review any materials any time you want.
