Hello, my name is Isa Welcome Welcome to my class of meditation. Today I have the pleasure to share with you my simple experience of almost 20 years of practice of meditation. Actually, since the beginning I use different path different ways, with different techniques that I will share today with give you a maximum of advice tips to avoid some certain obstacle because the goal is to simplify your let's say experiences. Well, this course has been based on an approach a special approach that I call deep sleep actually means theoretical, intuitive and practical approach. There is this triptych is dynamic through three aspects the theory the practice, which is by common and also at the center, the intuitive part, the intuitive part, what does it mean? It means that after a while, when you master in certain ways, the theories the concept and the practice, you will have an intuitive approach because you will have reactivates your intuition your, let's say, new connection to the outer world and to the let's say the inside world, because if you see within the T, I pity the eye at the center, which is at the center of your experience is I you can see as high like high hand or you can see or so, because this is the objective within this, you know, journey to spine to your higher self.

So, in a certain way, the higher the objective, certainly is to reach the high, high level and high of yourself. So, h, g, h and also So, in the language of the birds, that's to say the green language, which is the mystical language, within AI, we can also hear higher like e y e, why because it is a kind of introspection, that is dynamic is that the objective is to, to dig down yourself to explore yourself. And as we say, Know yourself and you will know, the gods, this is the Greek philosophy. And actually this is a little bit the principle and the process that we will apply. But this notion of intuitive dimension is extremely important, because, because you will adapt, I will give you some different, let's say paths and tools, but then you can mix you can mix and you just choose and do according to your own, let's say, state and according to your moments and so on in a few years, maybe You will change you will adjust.

And it is exactly like when you learn a new dance, you have different steps. And then you can mix them. But then afterwards, you can also in a certain way, invent some new steps according to the intuition that you have. So this is really important. We'll spend and that's why this is this triptych theory, intuitive dimension and practice, because the practices the core of this course, but let's say the theories are so important, and I will spend time at the beginning before launching our it's a learning of the different techniques and theories because some of you are beginners and for those I won't, it will be a fresh reminder. And this is important because meditation is something separate.

This is like yoga yoga, in a sense really means yoke. It is the same principle a yoke is scripted in English, it is to link people together and actually link your inner self. So in your guide is the triptych like in meditation, the body, the mind and the soul is the same principle for meditation there is something separate is not something that we practice the I know it's trendy and so on. But it comes from something really sacred from a spiritually tear dimension. And I want to share with you this, this part, and also different access. And you will see that there is a convergence in between science in between the different currents of religions as well, and the importance of the meditation, which gives a certain, let's say, loads, and certain justification and the reason of being of the meditation.

But why I do a parallel with yoga, it's because I can teach yoga as iob if I don't explain, what is it concretely Same for meditation can be just an exercise of suffer allergies or just briefings that said, or just to concentration or visualization. That's it, but there is a spirit. And this is very important the meditation there is meditations period, there is a state of mind and this is really what you have to understand the state of mind of meditation. Well, let's start with the syllabus because I know this is a little bit square to propose in kind of discourse of meditation, but it is important for you to see the big picture and to see that there is a framework and for you to see how it is organized. So here it is the big picture in three times, the first one will be the steel meditation, the most important part of our class, okay, we is still meditation it is the most common.

The second will be the notion of meditation in motion. Since you say in movement we can do meditation in movement. I will show briefly because once again the most important part will be still meditation. And the third one, it is a mix in between both steel and in motion. Okay. So within the notion of steel meditation, we will cover different parts.

The first three steps will be the preparations that's to say the posture with the legs, the arms, the eyes, the second will be the way of briefing you have two kinds, active way or passive way to search one is the mind, which is really the most important passive man or active man. Okay? And the fourth one will be different kinds of, let's say the big brains busy. Let's say family of the meditations. That's to say, VPC Zen, meditation transcendence or visualization and I had another one which is mindfulness meditation because mindfulness it is more and more trendy, let's say. But mindfulness for me that's why I will explain you are so in the notion of meditation in motion, actually is more for state of mind and it can be in meditation, but meditation, the word you would see that there is an extension you can meditate every single second of your day.

Well, here it is for you to have the big picture of our inner junie. Let's start
