Project execution starts when the planning is completed and we can actually start creating deliverables. The basic documents or baselines are the ones completed during the planning and that were approved by the project sponsor or customer.
Here, we will also implement monitoring and control of the project and use earned value management to estimate the project performance. The principles are explained in the following video:
