Introduction To The Course.

In this section we'll be making a white basic sourdough bread. The recipe will give you to bread of approximately 600 grams each. I will be improving my bread into eight inch Pancham proving baskets. But if you don't have a proven basket you can use any bowl with a tea towel or you can use a Pyrex dish. I will be taking my bread in a cast iron skillet. But if you don't have a cast iron skillet, you can use any pot that can go into the oven or you can use a begging stone and then you can add a little bit of steam to your oven.

The skillet is really really good because it creates a lot of steam inside and it will give you that lovely oven screen.
