In this module, you’ll learn all about the “fight or flight response,” which is how we experience stress in the human mind and body. When your fight or flight response is activated, your mind, body, and emotions are all mobilized to protect yourself from potential harm, whether that threat is physical or psychological, real or imagined. Knowing how to turn off your body’s fight or flight response is the single most important thing you can do to learn how to properly manage stress in your life. In this module, you will learn all about what triggers the activation of the fight or flight response, as well as how to turn it off and reduce its long-term damaging effects. You will also learn about the many subtle symptoms and signs of stress and how and why they occur — and most importantly, what you can do to keep them from destroying your health, happiness and peace of mind.
