How to use this course to really succeed in building new habits

Hey friend,

Janie J here. You might be tempted to go through this entire course all at once. You could do this in one sitting because it's very "to the point" without any fluff.

But, If you really truly want to establish new habits, I recommend that you focus on one lesson per day.

Even better, one lesson per week by listening to the same lesson every morning and resolving to keep that one idea in mind as you go through your day.

What? Watch the same video over and over until you form the habit of building your habits?

Of course, because that's how you form habits.

In fact, I recommend that once you watch the "C" lesson, you pause and open up your calendar to set a reminder (there's a great big clue for you).
