DESCRIPTION: Navigating Cash as a Reseller. So once you have your business established, you can watch your cash balance and decide WHEN or IF to make a purchase. Why does cash flow matter?  One problem that I see often with resellers is using a credit card to purchase inventory, then not having the cash flow to pay down or off those cards when the payment date comes. This can cause many issues, including the additional expense of interest on those cards.
You have to have enough cash to purchase your inventory, cover your expenses, and make larger purchases when needed.
