DESCRIPTION: Ok, you might think of me as a little mad after this, but that’s OK, that often comes with being a creative genius.
You can influence time! If you’re doing something you love time goes quickly but you get loads done. If you’re doing something you hate, time moves slowly and you hardly make a dent in it. So even if it’s simply a perception of changing time, you can get more done when you’re happy.

So take a look at a clock, one with hands would be good, and imagine the numbers for the next 5 minutes stretching, make a decision that this is going to be the longest 5 minutes of your life. Then get on with what you are doing and see how much more you get done. Look at the clock whenever you like. You might find it hasn’t even moved past those 5 minutes.
The main point here is MAKE TIME TO WRITE. If you’re better in the morning, make time in the morning. You’re not likely to be great after about 3:30pm in the afternoon to about 5:00pm. Smart cultures go and have asleep at that time....
