I think this is very important, especially when starting a job for the first time, you're very easily affected by the team members around you. If they have a negative attitude, or a non non accepting attitude towards you, this has a very huge impact on how much you enjoy being in that place of work. So my suggestion here is to have a positive and inclusive attitude towards everyone around you.

Try to support your colleagues, especially your junior colleagues because they do look up to you and you will help their work life in the long run. So do your best to support those around you. Stay positive, and be supporting to junior colleagues.
