Okay, so let's get started on our sample meditation entitled self forgiveness. So what I'd like you to do is close your eyes. Take a deep breath and start to relax. I'd like you to imagine as we begin as you continue to breathe, and I'm already taking you through a light meditation and a deeper meditation so that you're in a very deeply relaxed, very calm and very peaceful state. And now I'd like you to call up your feeling or your sensation or your thoughts of interest that we want to heal Maybe a feeling of being loved or a feeling of being unworthy, or whatever it is. And just pay close attention to where you feel it in your body.
And as you're experiencing that sensation, what I would like you to do now is to begin to drift back into the past. Very calm, very peaceful. And I'd like you to drift back in time, to the time before you're born. Just imagine yourself being nothing but light. Nobody. No physical awareness.
Just brilliant. Right like And you're about to be conceived and brought into this world. This time you're going to be conceived as an act of complete and unconditional love. So allow yourself to come into the physical realm into the womb of your mother. Knowing and feeling that your parents cannot wait for you to be born. Their love for you is immeasurable as they anticipate the day of your birth, just relax and breathe.
And allow yourself to go into the experience going into the day of your birth, day are actually born and this time You're born to your version of the perfect parents unconditionally loved. Deeply anticipated or excited for you to be here. And your version of your perfect parents can be whoever it is you imagine. It can be yourself or someone else in the role of the parent. And just to allow the more loving of your two parents to pick you up and to hold you dearly. Have more love than you can ever imagine.
And have that parent looking deeply into the eyes. So you connect soul to soul with that parent Just listen to them and feel their love as they say to you. It's not your fault. It's never been your fault. It will never be your fault. Just allow those words of complete, unconditional love to sink into the very fabric of your being.
Just take a few moments to reflect as those feelings continue to deepen and to expand and become one to you.
