How do you evaluate your current level of stress and develop an understanding of your personal triggers and stressors?
Apply what you learn to your own life by using the tools and activities in this course to become an active participant in managing your own stress.

Interpret the nature and causes of stress.
Differentiate individual responses to stress.
Learn and use a wide range of techniques for managing stress.
Generate a personal growth and self-awareness plan by the end of the workshop.
