Hi, I’m Cosmin Miholca certified tennis teaching professional; welcome to the “Tennis Lessons and Tips - The Groundstrokes” program. 
Whether you wish to learn, improve your technique, or simply find ways to have a more consistent and powerful forehand and backhand groundstroke, this program is for you.
You will discover lessons, drills, and tips that will show you step by step progressions to learn all the technical elements of the forehand and backhand (one-handed, two-handed) groundstrokes (slice, topspin), plus bonus lessons such as how to learn or improve the drop-shot, and even how to make the change between one-handed and two-handed backhands.
