All right now it's on to the Google reviews. Now inside of your reviews, there's a lot to talk about. At the end of the day, the best way is obviously to ask people to go and visit your Google Plus page and leave a review manually, that's going to be word of mouth, that's going to get different IP addresses and different network connections and their phones and all that Mac data and things that you can't see, but Google does, as a business owner, that's going to be the best way to get those reviews to stick and stay there for months, years, etc. Otherwise, what you're looking at is a little bit of an uphill battle in a sense, because otherwise, you're going to be having a lot of people sign in from the same network. Now, there are some software's that do get around that. I personally have one myself, I'm not going to talk about that service at all.

And I it's really more of like, if you wanted to reach out and connect, I can do large scale basis. Otherwise, I want you just to go to other established companies and get more of yet cost more. But it's just for individual purposes. When it comes to collecting the reviews, obviously, you can look through Google, they'll show you how to actually leave these reviews. And you can end up getting your little URL and making a short link by going to bit.li or any link shortener just type in link shortener inside Google. And you can paste in this long, huge URL to find you inside of Google Maps, and make it you know, bit.li, forward slash, you know, dentists name here, or your name here, or whatever it is, and you can just send that to them.

Say, Hey, you know, put up a big poster, leave us a review here. We would love to hear your feedback, everything like that. Now, that of course is going to leave open the fact that you can get bad reviews, you can get people who just see that and be like I've been waiting in this office. Sir, you know, I didn't like this one thing while I saw this thing, you know, this poster, and nine times out of 10 people are going to write a review when they're mad, not when they're happy. When you're happy, you just you forget about it, like everything in the world is perfect, and you focus on what's bad, so you can fix and improve that. That's just human nature.

So that extends to eating reviews, most people are only going to complain because they want something to be improved. But people aren't going to praise you as often. So that's why in this world, we kind of got to get used to, you know, what they call haters, you got to have a lot of haters. And then you're going to have just a few people who actually speak up and say, You've changed my life. You're awesome, you know, thank you. So in order to combat that natural nature, what we're going to do is create what I call a private review page.

And it's private review page. I'm just going to show you right here. This is kind of it on the go. And this is one software that you can use this cost like I think 67 97 a month. But at the end of the day, their video really gets down to the point of what exactly you have to do in order to be successful in a reputation management. Climate in the sense of when people leave a review, you need to make sure that if there's a bad review anything three stars or less, that review can't be posted, then it's just it takes in that review, and it goes, awesome.

Okay, so I'm gonna just take that review, keep it, I'm going to send it off to a manager, they're going to handle this so that way you don't go off and post that review publicly. And then if it's a five star review what it'll do or even four stars, depending on how you set that level, they'll pop on over and it'll say, hey, we've copied and pasted this thing to your browser to your phone, whatever it is, all you got to do is press down here and hold or paste it in, and your reviews all set and just click Submit, and it signs them automatically into their Google Plus account and all of that. So that's a really cool thing to have. That's the same thing that mine does all of these do like it's the same exact setup. But with this hopefully it plays a little bit more.

So many people are purchasing obviously, it can't load a video because it's focused on that more. What you can do is again, collect reviews like I said, they're gonna sign in right here, and they're gonna put in their name Hey, Zack, Zack, your reputation loop? And no, that's not me. So you know, phone number, they're gonna sign in, you type in your review, same thing that I just explained. If it's a five star, hey, you know, we've signed into Google, you know, all you got to do is just post this this review here for us. And if it's three stars or something lower than it's going to be sent off to a private email where they think you got posted, you know, it went somewhere.

And then that's their feedback. And really what it is, it's just Damage Control you you can put out flames when they're really small you can't when it's a forest fire. So you're trying to get to that person immediately. Right after they sent that review usually within 24 hours you want to call someone back, get because it gets all their information. That's why you got their phone number. That's especially why you got their email for a backup, and you got their name so you can look them up in your database and go you know, was there Zack that visited and did business with us in the last 30 days?

Okay, boom. So then you can do damage control, go out, reach out to that person, talk to them, get that review turned around, and that's gonna make your business ultimately better as well. But what people want to see is While it's true, there are a lot more haters, they're gonna voice their opinion than there are lovers. People only want to see really the feedback from people loving you. They want four and a half plus five, four and 4.5 or higher stars for ratings. It's It's unbelievable.

I did reputation management for auto industry which by the way, they pay you get ones Person sign, you know, there's specific training needs closing, but one person signed for reputation management in the auto industry $3,000 a month, every month for an entire year one contract one person. So, I mean, there's like people understand the power of reviews and what it means to their bottom line, the bigger their bottom line, you know, dealership down the way, Chevy in Atlanta, they're doing about a, you know, I think it was 2.5 million a month in gross sales. At the end of the day, a reputation you they know that just half a star is gonna affect their sales by 10%. That means quarter of a million dollars in the month. So to put in $3,000 to save a quarter of a million. Yeah, that's a huge thing.

They understand the power of that. So when you start even, you know, selling people on that you can actually sell reputation management services and pay for this type of stuff very quickly, even if you're using it personally. You can always offer it to other individuals as well. So once you do have your Google reviews, I suggest getting the Google Places reviews plugin and this kind of shows off your reviews inside of your website. There's other plugins that do it as well and you can see if there's some premium ones you want to pay for them they're usually just a couple bucks. The police I usually like to go just go to Zack dash Miller comm forward slash themeforest and that should redirect you, if not just themeforest dotnet there we go themeforest dotnet.

So, all that you do inside of here is you can find any type of WordPress template website template HTML, you know, all types of different content management systems, med Magento, all that. But the best thing is the WordPress plugins that they offer on here as well so you could look up you know, a review, plugin. Just something as simple as that. Type that in, boom, you're gonna come up maybe it's not big, maybe it is a list of quite a few review either prone themes that really show off reviews plugins by themselves, which allow you to, again, showcase those types of reviews. So, just do a little bit search inside of that you'll be able to find quickly, everything that you need. And obviously going inside plugins will really narrow the category down.

We could put in Google reviews, something like that. So that's where I often do my showcase, no matter what your website is, if it's HTML or whatever, there's something you can do to display those reviews and show them off. And even adding that as part of your service is a highly regarded thing people love when their website gets a little update here and there and it makes them feel like Ooh, it's that shiny new toy. And it is it really shows off reviews are the biggest thing for someone converting and actually picking up the phone and calling or setting up an appointment or buying your product right on the page, that sales page. So another one is getting At five stars, their pricing is again, still a little bit more, but they do the exact same thing. They don't have a private review page.

That's one of the unfortunate things, but they do more of a management system. So they'll show you across the board, all of your reviews, and they'll send out reports for you. And it's 39 bucks per location. And that's the basic one. Of course, like I said, mine's a little bit less expensive, but I don't want to recommend mine. Because I feel like inside of these courses, that's not the thing to do.

If you really want to, you can contact me, and we can get something like that set up. Otherwise, do your research. There's plenty of other things out there that allow you to get your private review page so that you can filter those reviews as they come in real time and then post the ones in real time that are good. Obviously sending the bad ones to a private email, doing that follow up. Now, outside of that, again, there's a lot of places you can review There's customer loop track sheet, I wouldn't really recommend dx dx is more of a, an aggregate or syndicator. It's not an actual reputation, platform for marketing, and getting you reviews.

So again, there's a lot of things out here that you can use to collect reviews, and get that going and showing up. Now, say that I type in, you know, inside of my Google business, I want to see my maps listing. So again, when you show up on maps, having reviews is going to be a big factor inside of you ranking. It's basically you know, if I if I could put it out, it's 20%. And let me go back to this 20% the optimization you getting in the proper category, or more like 15% 25%, Google reviews, 10%, the additional other networks, then it's a mix between the citations and the links because each of those do actually kind of are links in themselves. Just matching NAEP citations is like Google verifying and no, this emails corrected this name is correct, this address is correct, this phone is correct.

So that way when I rank it, I'm much more likely to place it higher. So again, you come down here, you get all these great reviews, five stars, etc. You can click inside view all of these things. And at the end of the day, what you're really looking for is being able to showcase more reviews than anybody else in the local area. If anyone types up you know, Sarasota dentist, I want them and let me just quickly Yeah, there we go. So anyone types in Sarasota Dennis, here's what I'm competing for review.

So comparatively, a the the one that we're representing 14 reviews versus 16. That's probably why they're showing up. They also have a lot more citations, and I'll get into citations, how we figure that out, but you can easily figure what you're doing. top competitors are by just typing in your most basic keyword which is you know if you're in dental work dentist your city if you're you know doing something whatever it is that keyword local just you know Carpenter or lawn care Tampa you know roofing Atlanta and whatever you can think of your city. So here we have sir so a dentist or dentists or soda. Either way it's gonna bring up very similar very similar rankings maybe a few might switch around there you go.

So 53 reviews, that's why they're coming up so high 145 again, we're coming we got to compete against a big, big number of reviews, so that's why they're not ranking quite nearly as high as they should 36 now while they don't have as great of reviews, this hill view Family Dentistry. The unique thing about it is they have a lot of citations. I've done this research before, and it's the citations again. That's a huge thing factors in, they have a really well ranking website organically and they do pay per click. So all of those things factored in, then it's kind of raising up that Google Maps now are they in the top three? Certainly not.

But they are in the top five. And that's pretty good. Which means, you know, you're in the first page of people looking on the maps. We come down here, again, we're still seeing 51. Here's another one general dental. As you can see, all of these different dentistry have at least 15 reviews, there's only 123 that don't.

And out of all of those, again, they have a lot of citations, backlinks organic rankings, they do pay per click. So it's making up on the back end for these missing reviews. But ranking maps the organic way, the strong way that's gonna give you a lot of leverage. So even if you do decide to go, you know, do more of an order. In a campaign later, or do more of a pay per click campaign later, it'll cost you less in pay per click, or it'll take you less time inside of organic. If you do these things right ahead of time, it's all of this aggregate ranking factors that come together.

But for Google Maps alone, it's one of the easiest to rank inside of and just do the right things correctly. So once you have, you know, it's looking like we're going to need at least 50 plus reviews, that's what we're aiming for 50 Plus, and if we really want to beat these people out in the top three rankings, we need to have 100 reviews. That's our goal, but the next year, 12 months from now, so we need to collect 12 or I'm sorry, 10 reviews every single month, and at the end of the year, they may be up to 200 by then so that means another year of reputation like that we need to collect another hundred reviews, another hundred new patients, all of that being kept up on and that's going to end up giving you those rankings purely on reviews. So In conclusion, reviews are a huge portion anywhere from 20 to 25% of the ranking aptitude inside of Google Maps.

Out of those four main factors. Collecting reviews can be simple. You can have people texting or see a poster by you know, creating a bit. Li, you can use reputation management and marketing software's that also speed up that process. Overall, most of the time, I'm going to suggest that you do organics, because at the end of the day, if you are a company, you want to get a signed disclosure at the beginning of the reputation contract that basically says, Hey, you know, you can't send us any fake reviews. If these are fake.

We're not liable. That's all it is. It's protecting your hiney from the FCC. If you happen to live in America, the UK or Australia or Canada, that's going to really help you stay out of trouble because sometimes you don't know Some of these reviews, maybe collected a unscrupulously. And they just, you know, filled some things out, maybe it was the receptionist, the dentist didn't know, I've had these types of things happen before. And you got to make sure that you stay safe yourself.

Now, if you're posting your own reviews, one thing that you can do is if you have these reviews saved, and you have you know, a signature that you can use this that's why I do I usually, if it's on a paper format, I make them sign a little thing, you know, a little disclaimer at the bottom that says, you know, you signing this says that we can use this review in any way, any format. In any portion that we want, however, we want to use it basically. So they just sign that they say yes, and now with that, technically, it's a gray hat area, to then pay someone to pay. So pay post those reviews, because at the end of the day, Google wants it coming from the exact user and if they end up taking those reviews down, you can't fight It. Now if they ask, are these reviews legitimate, you can always forward through, hey, here's the user, we made a Google account with this name, so that it could be posted.

And this and that. And there's services out there that do do that. I'm not going to really send you off too far down the road outside of you can ask for Google Maps, reviews, VH W, or Warrior Forum. There's a lot of forums out there that do internet marketing, that will help you in posting reviews. Here's one even for removing negative reviews. There's lots of things out there.

Of course, blackhat is exactly what it sounds like. There is some blackhat in there, there is some white hat and grey hat. But primarily a lot of boundaries are crossed in those areas. So you need to be on the up and up. Make sure that you have disclaimers, sign offs, all of that. So you protect you yourself in the business.

And also you know the business that's collecting these reviews as well. With that being said These reviews can then be posted very. How would I say this, um, instantaneously, really, with something like the online reputation, where Let me see if I can get it going again. I'll go ahead and refresh the page once more. And the reputation loop, like I said, is a more expensive version of this type of software for reputation management and marketing purposes. But at the same time, it is very, pretty equal with what I offer myself and you know, the the management of being able to see all the networks and get these reports to you.

It's really awesome. So this doesn't look like it's going to load so it doesn't really matter. I'm going to move on to the other networks that you should be posting on, because that's now the next step.
