So earlier on, I spoke to you about transactional versus transformational leadership. Now, the style in the situation in which you bring these two different leadership's into practice can be completely different. I mean, when you think about it as a transactional leader, you're probably slipped into this leadership style a lot more. If you were delivering that same disciplinary hearing, or you're doing a more performance based outcome result meeting. If you're developing more of that transformational style of leadership, this is probably the style of leadership in which you'd bring into everyday business, you know, through the coaching and developing a team on the shop floor or the office, or if you're just bringing the best out of them through a really detailed coaching or one to one supervision meeting. Now, like I said earlier on the style of the leadership can suit you walk particular ways, however, you really need to change your style of leadership depending on that situation.
So what I'd like to start writing down now and thinking about is having two headings transactional versus transformational and start to think about the situations in which you would use those two different styles of leadership. You know, like I said, disciplinary to coaching session, performance meeting, developing the team in the office life. Now the child's cultural leadership. Well, this is a mixture of the two remember, so just start to think about that style of leadership more throughout the whole program.
