Okay, in this section I will show you how you can make the eyelids around the eyes. Firstly, I check out what I need to adjust on the base form of the head, the reference image. With the move brush, I can easily add the thing, the base form of the head. As you can see, I push that a little bit together and now I closely have the result I wanted. Now, we want to make the eyelids to do that we need to deprecate the eyes Go to the subtotal menu on the right side and click on duplicate wide eyes are selected. Now we need to scale it up this duplication of the eyes with the scale to button not this type of selection we need.
First of all, we need to turn on the local symmetry what we have used for the eyes. But we need to turn on the symmetry to and now it is worse Skelly that a little bit. And now we need to clip that. To do that, hold down the Ctrl Shift, and we have some new tools on the left corner. Select the cliff curve tool. And now if you hold down the Ctrl Shift, you will have that curve which have these Grab the edge effect where this gradient line directed this part will be clipped.
First I need to duplicate this object objects do and now clip down this part and on the other object, clip down the bottom part. With that we will need to clip sphere around the eye and we have this IV the shape with the move to we can rotate it to get an exact eyelid. We rotate upper eyelid a bit. Now if we got this, we can do that with the bottom part too. All right, we'd rotate it on the x axis and on the Z. And now with the move brush, we can make some additional changes on the eyelid.
Move it up a little bit. From side view, I check that too. And I adjust the upper eyelid with the move brush to. Here we have a brush called inflect. With that, you can make your flash a little bit bigger as a as a balloon or something, so you can make some thickness today object. Now if we check the reference image, we have the correct basic shapes.
I know the head doesn't have any eyelids, but I think if we make a 3d version of that, it is better if we do an eyelid for that, but that is your choice. Okay, now we do some more adjustments on the eyelids. We then move to we pull down the eyelids to the middle of the obit and with a smaller draw size by holding down the Shift with the smooth brush with touching and dotting on the surface, not smoothing, like strong just tapping on the surface with the shift To make the eyelids a little bit sharper edges, we have a brush gold pinch. If you saw that from the Brush Brush palette, you can make these sharper edges and that will do much better. With a move rash, we will adjusting the lower part more. And I think that's it don't forget to save your project sometimes.
In the next lecture, I will show you how we can paint the characters I this is really fun part. See you there
