Hello and welcome to the introduction for guided meditations for deep relaxation and stress relief. This course contains an assortment of lectures and meditative exercises to assist you with healing stress and replacing it with inner peace. The course is laid out in a systematic progression to train your brain, how to create and maintain an inner state of calm. We'll start with a simple breathing exercise, and progressively go deeper with each contemplation and meditation. To get the maximum benefits out of the course do the meditations regularly daily is ideal. And also make sure to watch the lecture deep relaxation for stress relief.

It has valuable information that will help you optimize the effectiveness of Have the meditations. And don't forget to do the verification sheet to help chart your progress. Also, if it's possible find someone else or a group of people to take the course with. Support is a huge component in releasing stress. So try not to go it alone.
