Yoga Routine For Improving Blood Flow Towards Pelvic and Reproductive Organs
Yoga practice has been proven effective to enhance reproductive health. Learn yoga poses to improve the blood circulation towards your reproductive organs and stimulate them.
Yoga Flow:
1) Warm-Ups

Chakki Chalanasana (10 rounds in the clockwise and anti-clockwise direction)Excellent for toning the pelvic nerves and organs of the abdomen. Great for regulating the menstrual cycle
Nauka Sanchalanasana (1o rounds in a clockwise and anti-clockwise direction)Has a positive effect on the pelvis, releases energy blockages

2) Kriya

Kapalabhati (30-60 rounds)Avoid in case of High BP, Migraine, Vertigo, Epilepsy and periods.

3) Prone Asanas
