Prana is the vital force found in all living beings. In this yoga flow, you will learn asanas and practices to open up the pelvic muscles to promote the flow of prana shakti towards the reproductive system for optimal functioning.
Yoga Flow
1. Warm-Ups

Shri Chakra (hip rotation): 10 rotations in the clockwise and anti-clockwise direction
Hip Mobility Exercises: 5 counts eachAwareness to be on breathing.
Poorna Titali Asana: 50 up and down movementsDo not practice forcefully. Avoid in case of sciatica and sacral conditions. Helps in releasing tension from the inner thighs and removes tiredness. 
Leg Circles: 15 rotations in the clockwise and anti-clockwise directionDo not bend your knees or lean on one side.Helps in improving the strength of the inner thighs and glutes.
Foot to palm: 10 counts with each leg
