How to train: 
The Bounce: This training exercise should be done solo. You’ll focus on timing, eye-on-the-ball concentration, and consistency all at once. Can you guess what you’ll be doing? Bouncing the ball with just your hand. I know it doesn’t sound exciting but this is super important for development purposes. If you can do a 100 in a row with ease then feel free to skip this section. 
Phase 1: You’ll start with the ball in the palm of your hand. Make sure to initiate the movement with your palms facing down. Bend your elbow at a 90°angle so your hand is visibly in front of you. From that position drop and extend your arm towards the ground releasing the ball. As the ball bounces back, track it with your eyes, keeping your hand open until the ball rises back towards your palms and catch it in the position you started in. When you first successfully do it, pause as you catch the ball. Do this at least 20 times to feel comfortable controlling this movement. After you have...
