Serve: Let's get started.

First step: Start at either the ad side or the deuce side at the baseline-t. Assuming you are a righty, have your left foot placed just behind the baseline with your right foot shoulder-width apart behind your left foot. Make sure to maintain a perpendicular stance relative to the court.
Racket preparation: Hold your racket In front of you and relaxed with a hammer grip. as you hold the ball in your left hand against your strings this will also be your tossing hand.
Right before contact: Raise your right arm above your shoulder as you toss the ball in front of you. It is important that you toss the ball high enough to give yourself enough time to strike it.
During contact: There are few different types of serves such as kick serve, slice serve, spin serve, and flat serve.
