Ralph and Sam were working in college recruitment fair for their organization of the hundreds of booths there, they noticed that theirs was one of the few that was staffed by only men. Many students asked them about women in their organization and issues such as family leave, students interests seemed to wane when Ralph explained that the top administration was all men, at least for right now. On the other hand, the booth next to them seem to be very popular with students. Rob overheard a representative talking about the new female CEO that had just taken over and about the ways in which the company was seeking to create a training program for female managers.
