Have you ever experienced annoying compensation or annoying people? Hello everyone in this module we talk about limitations or clarify, it's not always more information is better than less. Let's be a few seconds video. Here's a question for you. In the video how many hats Shea decoration hang on the Christmas tree? If you didn't know the answer, you could watch it again.

When I need to care about the horseshoe decorations, and answer is you do need to unless you want to what I want you to care about our brain limitations. Information is here, but we didn't care or pay attention to it because we have limitations. Normally human has survived senses sight hearing, smell, taste and touch. Through those senses we understand the world we create our perceptions, perceptions, our information. Our the information we took has two levels, conscious level and unconscious level. On a conscious level every second we can only process around 1% information.

For example, the short video when you watch it, how many how shy or not you're concerned, you will only take care of something that catches your attention the most. On the subconscious level, our brain takes what conscious mind missed out, but it used another way, which has feelings and emotions. For example, when you watch the video, your conscious mind might notice there are two adorable girls and your subconscious might talk or add information and no it is a happy situation. In conversation we all have limitations in analyzing and thinking Even you are willing to let more information guessing you cannot let them all in in other places. When it comes to memory, a human can hold in short term memory is seven plus or minus two information. I know some people try to move these numbers around but what I would like you to note is, we all have limited capacity.

There was one time I went to a brand new welder crew, we tell shop, everything looks so distant and beautiful in their shop. However, a salesperson standing by me try her best to tell me all the details about each part that I touched. Even I told her to leave me alone, she still went on and on and on. within five minutes I left. I couldn't stand all the annoying information, my brain couldn't pass it at all. Therefore, when it comes to communication, remember you and any body or have limited capacity to take the information.

More information doesn't mean better when it hit the roof. pacity in the next module, we will see why first impression is something we want to make great
