This is the second course in our discussion of rental property. If you haven't taken the course on purchasing the property and establishing your cost basis be sure to take it either before or after taking this course. This course examines different types of rental revenue, discusses 1099 reporting responsibility, and shows an example recording the rental revenue in the revenue section of Schedule E.
