In this next Yoga nidra, we are working on healthy relationships, so and vibrant relationships. So this little lecture clip, to prepare you for that Yoga nidra is to give you a different perspective to go into this practice with. And that is this idea that there really isn't any other outside of ourselves per se, that other people in our reality are somehow mirroring for us issues and the things that we have not resolved in here. So when we see something that bothers us on the outside, or that we don't get along with on the outside is merely showing us what things in here that we still have to work on. So when we're running healthy and vibrant relationships, we're also really saying that we want to be healthy and vibrant ourselves so that we can reflect outside have us that same experience of health and vibrancy between other people that we have going on in the internal realm.
And also, especially in intimate relationships male, female, or however that works for you, that is also mirroring the inner polarity, the marriage of the inner masculine, feminine and how that inner voice works for you, the brain hemispheres dance, this idea of receiving and also giving and the balance of that. So for having a lack of balance in the outer world that is also showing us the balance needs to take place in here and this Yoga nidra is about helping bring that balance internally so we can start seeing the reflection outside of us more in the way that we want. So this is one of my favorite sorts of self help is to use to to see that mirror. happening outside of us change to a more enlightening, more beautiful one. So, here we go with relationship. The one relationship is the self.
And we have that relationship with self that shines so do all the ones that we see out there.
