We are at the halfway mark six weeks in, or six lessons in if you're taking it faster or slower. And this is basically just to check in with yourself to assess how you feel about the practices, how you feel about the lessons and so forth. And to just take a moment if you haven't been journaling regularly, to go ahead and sit down, do a little journaling. Write up some of your experiences, or maybe just write up after you do this practice. Anything that comes to you if you haven't been following along with your journaling. Basically, I just want you to become very aware of any of the changes that have occurred in your life as you've been doing the practice and that is also checking in with your son culpa.
Your resolve to see what's come of it. If you have made a change since the first one that you have done, if you have been trying many, I really want to encourage you to stick with one and see it come into fruition. So if there's something you've been working with and you haven't seen it come into fruition yet, please stay with it. We've got a couple of more yoga ninja practices before I start giving you a scent helper to work with. And we're going to be working with specific ones later in the course. But for now, I want you to keep working on the one that you have for this one's already come true for you.
