Okay, here's a couple quickie tidbits to remember about your practice before you get into deep. And that is that is a very light concentration. It's a relaxed focus, you aren't really meant to strained focus on the sound of my voice in the meditations. It's more like this. It's like you're a child playing, and there are grownups in the other room and they're having a conversation. And my words are like that conversation where you hear them, a part of your consciousness is aware of them, but you are very focused on your own thing, your own task at hand.

And that task is the dipping in and out of your consciousness from conscious to subconscious to unconscious and back up again, this is going to be what's happening for you. So there'll be times when my voice seems a lot closer and louder and times when it feels like a sort of slipping away, and I'm just kind of keeping the line there for your consciousness. To always come back to. So if you're slipping away, you're not hearing it fully or loudly all the time, that's actually perfectly correct. And the other thing is at certain points, you might feel your body twitch or, you know, have a little muscle spasm. And those, that's totally great and normal to that's you letting go of deep tensions and stresses that are stored in the muscle tissue of the body.

And that's fantastic. You might actually experience hearing yourself snoring while you are aware, and that is telling you you are in dream or deep sleep states, but your consciousness is still in waking, you're aware of it. And that's great progress also. So if something intense comes up for you while you're practicing, don't get too hung up on it, write it down. Just let it kind of move up and out of your awareness and by the next time you practice, things will have shifted most likely if you Have any really big questions or some concerns about what's going on please in the discussion or send me a message. We'd love to hear how everyone's doing.

And keep up on that. So I encourage you to practice the recorded Yoga nidra for the week, not just once, but preferably every day, at least five out of seven days for the week for maximum benefits, so you can practice more. If you practice less, I wouldn't go any less than twice a week if you really want to receive good benefits. You know, more is better, everyday is best and it doesn't hurt to practice more. The son culpa that you are affirming for yourself is changing you on a deep, subconscious level. So choose wisely, and know that some kalpa will evolve as your practice evolves.

So as you get more in tuned with who you are and what it is that you really Desire beyond the surface stuff you are uncoupled? Well evolved. Although it is recommended you stick with the same one until it comes true. And that is because it is working itself out and when you state that it is trust that it is coming into form and action. So that's my little recommendations have great practices. How do I know my stay
