Now we're in the wrap up. So it has been an absolute pleasure to lead you through these 12 weeks of yoga nidra practices. So I sincerely hope that you have had an amazing experience that you have logged your experiences, that you have noticed the profound changes that have occurred in your life and that you are ready to share this practice with other people who you know it can benefit. And yeah, I'd love to have other instructors out there.
It's really, you know, fairly simple if you feel confident and leading to learn the basic structure and then to start to learn how to bring in alternate versions through yourself, especially if you're burst With sharing meditations and so forth, otherwise, I just want you to take a deep breath with me. Close your eyes. And I want you to go backwards in time with me from this moment from before you turned on this final lecture, what you were doing before then and I want you to think back to the last time you practiced Yoga nidra and the time before that, and I want you to go ahead and turn that memory on superspeed rewind through the different courses, on self regeneration on abundance, on removing obstacles, on the earlier Yoga nidra was and the things that are occurring in your, in your life and in your body.
All the way back to before you began this course, I want you to remember what it is that inspired you to sign up to take this class what your private previous experiences were with yoga nidra or yoga, if any. And then I want you to remember that you how your life was then. And then quickly, fast forward with me and your mind, all the way until this moment again and breathe and feel your being. Open your eyes and look at yourself. Observe and really take in your life now. And notice the things that have changed.
And notice that they will continue to do so as you have completely altered Your cellular makeup, your functioning of the pineal gland, the way your hemispheres of the brain, talk to each other, the amount of alpha brainwave that you have activity that you have. And beyond that, just the expanded consciousness.
