This next practice is dealing with health and your body's rejuvenative and regenerative qualities, which are already naturally stimulated by the practice of yoga nidra. We activate those innate healing capacities. This is really helping to support the body system in reclaiming health and moving into a space where one can even start to realize something akin to an immortality or an incorruptibility, not those words sound way out there for you. I want you to just go ahead and back up into regeneration and rejuvenation, because our bodies are created, to rejuvenate and to regenerate and the things that keep us from doing that naturally and easily our our stresses and our stresses Physically, mentally, emotionally, all of these things accumulate in the body tissues, yoga, nidra is helping to uproot those. So at this point in the practices, we have a lot of that cleared out. And so it's a great time now to really emphasize taking our health and our body wisdom and all that to the next level, which is really pushing the boundaries on what you may have thought as possible at the beginning.
But now it's time to why not really move into the realm where anything is possible. And in that idea of anything is possible. Why not? Self regenerating self rejuvenating to the max, let's push the envelope here. I don't in the practice to use words like immortality or incorruptibility, but I do suggest to you that these are very possible experiences realities that as we move weigh this idea that we're supposed to age and decay and die. As we clear out the stresses as we clear out the disease in the body, then we are opening ourselves to the possibility and the potential of what these bodies are really made to do.
And I would like to suggest to you that it is a lot more than we've been doing, it's a lot longer and more exciting than we have yet experienced and seen others experience and that we are just at the cutting edge of a new paradigm, a new reality where we can start to see more clearly what these bodies are really capable of. And so as long as you're ready to let go of that old paradigm where you have to get old and decay and die, then Welcome to the new paradigm where we get to start realizing what the body can really do.
