In this chapter, we're going to be discussing, creating and managing tickets. So what is the ticket? A ticket is a way to report an incident. Let's look at this another way. Suppose you're on your way home and your girlfriend calls you to stop and pick up. Whatever it is girlfriends need boyfriend's to pick up.

So you pull over, you jump out of your car to fulfill the wishes of the one that you love. And you fail to recognize that you parked next to a fire hydrant. Now this is an incident and do you know what happens when human beings commit these type of incidents? Well, we Get a ticket. In it, a ticket is a way to report an incident. And just like you can get various tickets for different traffic violations, parking next to a fire hydrant, or running a red light speeding and so forth.

Users user tickets vary depending on the issue. Now what type of information is contained within a ticket? Well, tickets contain information regarding the incident. Things like date and time, name of the user description of the incident who all were involved. What date is this ticket Dubai and more. So As stated before, we're going to be discussing the various aspects of tickets in it.
