So I'm going to grab a coffee and before the meeting, and you start to drink your coffee and the telephone rings, and you spill coffee on your chest. All right? If you're upset, you're angry being Phil's coffee, and then that means that Bob just smack you, Bob, he doesn't care whether we're rich or poor, whether we're beautiful or not, whether you have money, or we are totally broke, whether you have a job, we don't have a job. He doesn't care who we are, whether we are live for a day. He's his objective is just a webcast. If we don't see him, he's going to wake us.

So I hope this is clear. That's the subconscious state. And the first level is through comprehension. You're all on this state right now we're trying to understand what, what I'm what we're talking about. It's a quite, it's quite a stable skill. The good state to be in is when you're trying to make decisions when you're trying to understand when you're trying to evaluate things when you're judging on judging a situation, this sort of comprehension level. And then we have their second state of confusion.

This can be temporary. Yeah, if you are trying to take a train, for example, we don't know on which platform the train leaves then we are late. We are rushing momentarily. We are in a state of confusion, right. Some people want long states of confusion people in psychiatric hospitals from the lack of objectives. They are not enthusiastic about life because they have a lot of conflict.

India in the sub countries so so they go to a live being aimless, having no enthusiasm and so on because they are they have a martial confusion. And lastly is a set of doors for guarantee. And again 90% of people live in the state of total spontaneity is when we react spontaneously to situations or involuntary not going to buy inventory. Yeah. It doesn't have to be external. We may not show our anger but inside we're angry. So, we react spontaneously to what we don't think. We don't say why. Why is this person behaving that way? No, we just went to behavior. Right?

So I'm going to just give me an example of your five year old boy, whom a petition I saw some years ago. He was on the floor, he was hysterical. He was crying out loud. And he was being very aggressive with everybody who passes by, who would kick at everybody.

He was in such a state and he was shouting and screaming for for for about 510 more minutes or more, until I walk up to the boy with a one flying with a one. I think somebody is not new to them. Yeah, but still paid better. You want to check on this? Okay, just one one second. Okay.

Okay. So this boy was was in such a state, you know, he was totally spontaneous in his anger in his aggression. So I took out a one euro coin, and I walk towards the boy and I toss the coin up in the air and and cut it in one of my hands see, so I look at the boy toss a coin and trying to get a cent attention. And when the boy got his hand, saw me and the coin going up in the air. What happened? Well, he stopped.

He stopped are screaming Stop shouting. Okay. And we're just looking at a coin. So he changed it from hero to consciousness to country. Yeah. to a country state.

The conscious state state is when was totally empty. We just work. We just see what's happening. Yeah, it's the second what is the state of consciousness in martial arts? It is an empty state. It's a it's a no mind, state.

And all all martial artists, when they're when they're facing adversity. adversaries, they have to be in the state being 100% conscious, not thinking just looking. And so he was looking at the coin. So I caught him on a hand and I said, Okay, where's the coin level right hand. And now he went from consciousness down to now two sub countries their state of comprehension. So I moved my right hand a little.

And so he looked at it and he said, yeah, it's an IRA. him, I say, Are you sure? He said yes, yes. And open my right hand or it's not my right hand, where's my left hand. So when he noticed that he went into a state of confusion, he did not understand why the coin was not in the right hand and my right hand moved. This tricked him with the dispose of my right hand.

So you were in a state of confusion. Okay, you couldn't understand what it was. So I took the point back up again. Okay. This amaizing? Where's the coin?

And he looked at both hands, and I again with my right hand, and say, Oh, you're not going to trick me again. As he pointed out, I left him as I usually is my last answer. Yes. He was very happy. So it sees a metal metal of minutes. We're able to change the state of our state of mind in psychological state. One that is very, very negative I see negative two, one destroy food. Okay, so we must be able to do this too. All right.

So the tools we're going to be able to do it, right? Everyday our consciousness is going up and down like that. See here the consciousness is way down low. Here is at the same level is Sara we're not brand gender or and here maybe state of being countries, all right. And so we can train ourselves three times a day, three minutes a day. So, since all this is happening in the subconscious, we have to be aware of and stop internal Hausman.

You see this? All this in our brain is nothing but data, thoughts and data. And you know what we were thinking about. 50,000 thoughts a day research has shown that is around about 50,000 more or less thoughts a day that each individual is passing through his mind 50,000 and some of these thoughts say they are not that nice she's exploiting a hit in our heads. Now this shows that the man is attacked when negative thoughts because he's quoting the head and then it sent her negative feelings towards the body all right thoughts like what are they gonna think? You're not good enough?

Yeah. They won't be pleased. And you got a lot of you want you can't you want you can't and what's going to happen? You're going to lose one source like say something do something. Hey, come on. Don't don't don't just sit there like and he did say something, do something and I was hurt by this thought for many years.

You You know, when I went to the dinner table, when everybody stops talking, there was total silence. I feel, I feel very, very kind of uneasy. So I had to say something. And I later found out when I was training the CEOs, that American CEOs and European CEOs when they go to Japan, they get attacked by this search. Why?

Because the Japanese sound sounds they would, they would just remain silent. All of them remain silent. for them. We said culture is the culture which color we spike that person Yeah, for them we serve despite not having to talk. So whenever this sounds like that the man on my American clients, European, they, you know, in the beginning, they had to feel the gut system. So they were Babylon talk about all kinds of stuff and the Japanese are just keep listening.

Okay, so this, this harrassing thoughts that's in the subconscious. So what we need to do when we get attacked by these shorts is to shift shift our perception. We have to turn our heads to the right and be hearing now be in a conscious state. Right. So imagine Bob is on the left, and he does. From here, Bob is the right hander.

So he whacked out from the left. So we got to turn on hit to the right. If we stay on the left, the subconscious state, we're going to be beaten up and we're gonna feel bad. So each time I move shoe bad or negative, we turn our head to the right. What do we do? When we turn our heads to the right, we're going to see three objects 10 seconds each.

So we focus our attention on a chair for example, then, under the wall, then on the pen on the desk, any object 10 seconds each. The objective is not to think it's authentic to carry it to the wall, the objective is to empty our minds. caches to be here and now and focus like the walls are moving. So you might want to be in that state the mind start moving the walls not moving, the chairs not moving, the tables are not moving. So you stop me that way we kick out all their all the bullies, otherwise our subconscious, we just get out of the subconscious and they can they can have any effect on us in the conscious. There is there are no words, no words.

And we're going to practice his treat down today. Okay. But this only last 30 seconds will be here now. All right, 30 seconds here now. And then we go on to the first level of the subconscious state is appreciation. It's a comprehension.

So we're going to see it ourselves. Hey, you're still alive. You got your hands, you got your feet, you got time and you got energy. You can do things. You can appreciate things that you have, and you can do what you have. Yeah, sir appreciating the things you have, and what you can do with what you have.

And immediately, what we're doing is that we're refocusing our mind onto something positive, which is refocus our mind back in the subconscious. But now we're refocus into something positive. If we get beaten up again, again, one more time you get out of the subconscious. Because in the subconscious, is not reality. It's just illusion. It's what we imagined what we use, for example, what's going to happen, you're going to lose, you know, or she doesn't like you, or we don't know we just come to conclusions spontaneously, and it affects us but we want you to get out of the subconscious and we can become conscious When we do that we are focusing on the good Bob.

This is reality. The good Bob is reality. Well, like right now we can do things. Yeah, being able to attendees, this webinar is big good, Bob, it's a reality. You being able to eat lunch or dinner, whatever is going to be a reality. If you look at all the things we have this are all good parts of reality except that we're not focusing on it.

It doesn't impede us, obviously afterwards to go back to the negative reality and to deal with it. We're not going to we're not trying to escape. We're just trying to take a distance from the event in order to better solve it and not be affected by it and avoid that this event, which is bad Bob, excuse our time and our energy right when somebody is complaining and criticizing. You know what's happening is been beaten up by Bob and if you hear Somebody's complaining or criticizing he's taking up your time and you losing time and energy either although you might you can perceive it as we understand it, but a lot of people are complaining and criticizing and not doing anything. They simply they have no tools to to to get out of a box back big bed Bob's path, they just got beaten up and they're down.

And if you look at him the company's You know, a lot of people get 98% of employees get bitten by Bob every single day, sometimes just a slap on the face of them that kick in from behind. And they go into some some of them even get beaten up into a state of depression. Okay, so that's about turning the head to the right. Dancing with Bob, focusing on something focusing on big good Bob rather than being beaten up by big bad boss. So I hope this is clear.
