The focus of this lesson is to bring more awareness to the importance of breathing and oxygenating the body. To learn how to improve your
breathing and boost your health and your life with simple tools and practices.

  • Breath of life is the most important nutrient (only a few minutes without brain damage).
  • Benefits of proper oxygenation and alkaline Ph balance.
  • Alkalizing your body with breath through simple practices.
  • The quality of air and your breathing.
  • Breathing practices, pranayama, Wim-hof, risks, and benefits.
  • Alternate nostril breathing to release stress.

  • Where do you live? What is the quality of air in your environment?

Remember

  • You are the healer. I can show you the way but you have to make the necessary steps to create change. It’s not enough to know what to do you have to act upon that knowledge and do it. Only you can make it happen.
