Hi there and welcome to weight loss from scratch. I'm super pumped to have each and every one of you guys here. My name is Sheila and I'm going to be taking you through this program. Most of you might know me as mme, if you don't well that's me. I believe weight loss is not only physical, it can change your life for the better as you get a deep understanding of your body and how it works and what's good for it and not because you know you will realize how much power you have within you to take control of whatever it is and the first thing you start with is yourself and your boy because if you show up for yourself and put in the work to be the best version of yourself, let me tell you something, nothing can stop you you will love and appreciate the process you appreciate yourself you love yourself much more.

And remember you have to love yourself first before anybody else loves you. So expect someone else to love you have to learn how to love you and the only way to love you is to be comfortable in your own skin. And if you're not comfortable in your own skin well but that is what I'm about to show you because on this journey, which is the journey and you know that you To love your body, whatever step of the journey is, and that's one of the most important things I need to say before we start the program. I'd like to talk about each and every one of you guys here. But before I get to do that, let me tell you a little bit about myself. I used to be overweight growing up, I've always been chubby.

I've always I was bullied at some point in high school, but I mean, I got over it. But yeah, like weight has always been a problem of my neck appeals I've tried. But then I've tried with it might be second try to choke myself just so like after eating a choke muscle, so the food doesn't digest. I've tried it all. And I realized, if anytime you want to do even if I tried all those things, it all came down to my mental state. And that is something we're going to stress out during this program.

I just wanted to give you like a brief summary about what to expect. I know you guys know about working out me You guys know about eating healthy, but there's too many things involved, aside from those things because you have to understand the process and I believe that if you understand the process on how you're going to work, this should be totally easy for you, it will stop feeling like work. It was such a build natural because you're going to be taking care of your body, nurturing your body and giving it things that are good for you, you know what I mean? So as much as weight loss is about working out and eating healthy, I want to help you understand the process. So you can go through this journey step by step and be a part of it and be a part of your body change and learn your body and that's what you should expect in this program.
