Anytime that you have a question inside of AWeber, maybe something's not working, you have any kind of influx of emails, or spam rates or unsubscribes, all you got to do is just reach out by clicking on the Help tab up here. And you're going to come to the knowledge base. And you can either visit the knowledge base, or you can simply start reaching out to the Support Center, and having them help you through anything that you naturally need help with. I know there's a lot of confusing and conflicting data sometimes. And really, AWeber is going to be the best to know about AWeber. Right?
So being able to ask them, maybe why an email wasn't sent out properly, they can let you know something as simple as, Oh, our server was down during that time. Would you like us to reschedule that? And then that's just something that they can help you with or through without kind of pulling your hair out going widen this thing, Scott That was scheduled gets sent out. And that happens sometimes AWeber goes down for 510 minutes at a time and it affects thousands of people unfortunately, but, you know, at least they're only down five minutes or 10 minutes a month instead of every day. So if you ever have any questions or issues, just click on that Help tab and someone will be right there to assist you, or you'll be able to search the knowledge base and probably find a quick answer there as well.
