Hi, welcome to hooks flows and funnels. In this lesson, we're going to be talking flows. And I just want to spend a minute or two really reinforcing this lesson because this is perhaps one of the most important elements that you need to think about when it comes to designing user flows. And I'm going to be a bit preachy here. So please go with me on this. But it's really important and why I'm quite passionate about this is because this is where most websites go wrong.
So I want you to stop designing pure web pages. Stop just thinking about I'll put this image here. I'll put some coffee there. I'll put a video there and I'll see how it looks on Want you to stop doing that? Because it's not about how it looks. Looks are important.
They do come into it, but much later in the process, I want you to stop designing pages and start designing flows. Think about the journeys that your customers have to go on when they hit your website. So design the flow first, understand how customers use your website and then start to use the content, the images, how it looks. Get the flow right first, and the rest will follow. I hope that makes sense. I'll see in the next lesson.
