DESCRIPTION: This prolactin vegetable soup is cooked with varieties of rhizomes flowers and fruits without adding any seasoning. It gives an appetite scent and can be intake as fluid for hydration in between meals. Two cups a day or more is recommended. This recipe is good for parturient right after natural labor. Parturients who had a cesarean section are best to drink this soup from the second day of childbirth.
Ingredients
Soybean sprouts, broccoli, green pepper (green pepper, yellow pepper, red pepper are acceptable), red cabbage, luffa, edamame, zucchini, celery, choose more than 4 kinds each time.
How to cook

Add the appropriate amount of water to a pot and bring to boil, and put all kinds of vegetables in the boiling water. Keep boiling for ten minutes after the water starts to bubble.
Parturients should drink the soup warm. Reheat before consuming if it is cooled down.
