DESCRIPTION: 
Place at room temperature (77°F or lower) for up to 4 hours
Store up to 4 days in the refrigerator
It is best to store it in a freezer at minus 18 degrees Celsius for about 6 months; it is acceptable for a maximum of 12 months when storing at minus 20 degrees Celsius or below. Although freezing can keep food safe almost indefinitely, it is recommended to consume breast milk as soon as possible for the best quality
Do not store breast milk in the door of the refrigerator or freezer. The change of temperature caused by the opening and closing of the cabinet doors might affect the quality of the breast milk
When knowingly the freshly expressed breast milk will not be consumed within 4 days, freeze it immediately. This helps maintain the quality of breast milk.
