Hi there, let's think about your stress in your life. Ask yourself the following questions. Take as much time as you'd like. What are some negative stressors in your life? Write down as many as you like. And how does your body feel when triggered by them?

Be specific here. For example, in my experience, when I feel stressed, this muscle right here, it's very tight. And when I noticed that I know, I know that stress has been building up in me. Third question here. How does feeling stress? How does experiencing stress impact other parts of your life?

How does it impact work? How does it impact your free time? How does it impact your relationship with others? What about the things you want to do in your life? How does feeling stressed? How does it impact that?
