Now that you have been introduced to the concept and have seen some examples of how to calculate your annual contract value, let's move on to what you will learn next in lesson 2. Customer Lifetime Value (CLV).

This KPI can provide insight into the health of your business. To find your Customer Lifetime Value (CLV, also known as CLTV, lifetime customer value (LCV) or lifetime value (LTV), take your average annual contract value (ACV) and multiply it by the average number of months your owners stay with you.
