These key performance indicators are like monthly report cards where you self report on what you did this month against monthly expectations or targets some questions to answer each month. Maybe how many employees were turned over? Have all the invoices been submitted in a timely manner? And are the totals accurate? Have there been any gaps in service so ours are not staffed are all security staff up to date on their training and licensing requirements for the site? The KPI process is important as some clients are not involved with the daily operation of security services.
