• Understand the concept of accurate record-keeping and documentation.
• Understand the essentials/importance of accurate record-keeping and documentation in Caregiving.
• Understand the types of information that need to be documented and the guidelines for proper documentation in caregiving.
• Know the different software used for documentation and how each one works.
