Hi there, my name is Stephen King. I'll be referring to myself as Steve though I don't want to get confused with the author of those horror stories, the other Stephen King as I like to refer to him. Now, the course we're going to be taking in fact will cover some horror for some people because it's on PTSD, post traumatic stress disorder. And we're going to be looking at cleaning and clearing of shock and trauma. So a little bit of intro about myself. I'm a registered clinical counselor here in British Columbia, Canada.

I'm also an author of a book on energy psychology and title, rapid recovery, accelerated information processing and healing. So let's take a look at the subject here. I do specialize in addictions we're in addictions outpatient clinic here, but as a result of that, we also specialize Of course in obsessions, compulsions, fears, phobias, and anxieties. So part of the content of this course is going to include what is healing, what do we mean by that and what is emotional recovery? What would that look like? Like, I'll be discussing energy packets, disturbances perturbations, the difference between shock and trauma, how we move from surviving into thriving the role of inner dialogue and we'll be doing some practical work with that neurological disorganization and correction of reversals, I'll be leading you through an exercise called collarbone breathing.

We'll also be working on traumatic template memories and what to do with them using a simple technique in order to clean and clear those things, but also other tools and techniques for cleaning, clearing more severe forms of that, including one, which is about coming back to a state of personal authenticity. It's a self reclamation exercise. And beyond that, we'll be looking at ongoing maintenance and what that would look like and then living in the now and how that would be how that would feel and being present fully in the present and therefore being able to be spontaneous. Now I expect many of you to be scared. Go have this and I urge you to retain that. But in the end, what I would hope you would do is to humor me, allow yourself to process to learn.

And if you're doing this on behalf of others if you're a clinician to step back and make notes and and hopefully begin to do some of this with some of your clients. So next up, we'll be looking at who will be the people who can benefit from this. So I'm not going to ask you to stay skeptical, humor me. Let's get into some action. Let's do some learning. And hopefully many, many people will be able to benefit from this course on PTSD.

Thank you.
