Welcome to I prepare, how to be a more confident speaker. In this program, I'm going to first of all look at why do we get nervous when we speak. And then I'm going to tackle that in three parts. First of all, we're going to start at the level of the mind, and look at your unlimited belief, and how you can think differently before you go on stage to bring your greatest success. The second part is looking at the level of the body. What can you do with your body to relax it and get it ready to speak.

The third part is script. I want to look at the fundamentals of writing content and get you started with how to prepare a speech. We'll look into that in more detail again in other programs. But for now, I'm interested in how do you start to practice your talk and also how can you memorize Right from the beginning, so that you feel a lot more confident when you get on stage.
